在使用或投资第三方平台（以下简称“DApps”）时，您明确同意遵守DApp的相关条款和条件。您理解并同意，您在DApps上的活动将受到DApps的用户协议、隐私政策和安全相关条款的约束。

我们特此声明，除非另有明确书面说明，1Keeper有限公司及其关联公司（以下简称“1Keeper”）与DApps的所有者或运营者无任何关联。1Keeper钱包不认可或批准DApps的内容或服务，也不就其提供任何保证、认可或承诺。

风险披露

在连接到DApp之前，请进行自己的研究和调查，了解DApp的背景和相关项目。使用DApp及其活动可能存在风险，包括但不限于智能合约风险、市场风险和监管风险。

您承认连接到DApp可能涉及各种风险，包括但不限于与DApp本身相关的风险以及犯罪分子利用DApps进行的恶意欺诈活动、拒绝服务攻击、庞氏骗局、高返利诈骗和钓鱼等。

责任限制

1Keeper强烈建议您在使用DApp之前充分了解其安全性。1Keeper对您访问DApp过程中可能发生的任何损失不承担责任，包括但不限于财产损失和资产损失。如遇问题，1Keeper建议您直接联系DApp的项目方进行解决。通过连接到DApp，您明确理解并接受上述风险，并同意承担由此产生的所有责任和后果。1Keeper不对使用DApp造成的任何损失或损害承担责任。

在使用DApp前，请仔细考虑并确保您完全理解并接受上述风险披露。

Limitation of Liability

1Keeper strongly advises you to fully understand the security of the DApp before using it. 1Keeper shall not be liable for any losses you may incur during your access to the DApp, including but not limited to property losses and asset losses. In case of problems, 1Keeper recommends that you directly contact the project party of the DApp for resolution. By connecting to the DApp, you expressly understand and accept the above risks, and agree to bear all responsibilities and consequences that may arise for them. 1Keeper shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the DApp.
